Masood Khan portrait

Operator. AI practitioner. Author.

Twenty years running complex global operations. Now focused on turning AI into measurable enterprise value.

Masood Khan is a global supply chain, logistics, AI and sustainability executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across technology, automotive, aerospace, defense, manufacturing and complex international operations. He has led operations spanning more than 50 countries and delivered significant commercial and operational results, including more than $50 million in incremental revenue, more than $36 million in cost savings, and a 33% improvement in cycle time.

A major focus of his work is moving artificial intelligence from experimentation into practical enterprise value. He has developed and deployed AI-enabled solutions in real operating environments and applies AI across logistics, analytics, compliance, sustainability and executive decision support.

In 2026, Dallas Innovates selected Masood for its AI 75, recognizing him in the AI Champions category as a Logistics Luminary. He is the author of Sustainability Rewired: Pioneering the Future, an Amazon #1 New Release adopted into Arizona State University's graduate curriculum, and co-author of the Beginner to Executive Prompting Guide with Babar Bhatti. He hosts the Supply Chain Savvy podcast, is a LinkedIn Top Voice, and serves as a university guest lecturer, AI competition judge and speaker.

Where the work concentrates

Artificial intelligence

Moving AI from pilots to measurable operating advantage. That means implementing it inside real enterprise workflows, not studying it from the outside.

Logistics planningAnalyticsComplianceDecision support

Supply chain and logistics

Building supply chains that are more visible, resilient, responsive, and economically disciplined, by connecting analytics, governance, resilience, and cost-to-serve into one practical model.

Sustainability

Connecting carbon, cost, and resilience into one operating agenda. Sustainability works best as an operating capability, not a separate corporate initiative.
